This notice is to inform you that your account currently appears to have pending incoming wire(s). Please note that as the bank continues through its liquidation process it will not be able to facilitate the processing of any incoming transfers.
These wires are currently being held by the bank’s correspondent institution and will be returned to sender as soon as the bank’s OCIF-appointed receiver and correspondent institution have completed their process.
As a reminder, the OCIF-appointed receiver continues to work with the correspondent financial institutions to review and process all wires for opt-out and opt-in clients, and we continue to wait for completion of their process.
Please also be aware that there will be no action required on your part for this to be completed.
