Frequently Asked Questions

What is the purpose of investing in your mutual funds?

The purpose of our four mutual funds is to provide you an easy, convenient way to invest in the markets and receive professional fund management, directly from your bank account with us. You can monitor your mutual fund holdings directly on your eBanking dashboard.

Specifically, our mutual funds are designed for investors seeking three things:

  1. Simple, diversified exposure to securities in different asset classes, countries/regions, and sectors
  2. Tailored, professional management and periodic portfolio rebalancing
  3. Long-term capital appreciation

How do I purchase a mutual fund?

Once your bank account is open and funded, you can follow the instructions here.

What are the fees to invest?

All mutual funds have no sales load and a 2.00% annual expense ratio. A sales load is a sales charge or commission charged to an investor when buying or redeeming shares in a mutual fund. We do not charge a sales load for buying and selling mutual funds. However, there is a 2.00% annual management fee.

The annual management fee of 2.00% is calculated daily and debited quarterly. It is automatically debited from the fund’s holdings and reflected in the Net Asset Value (NAV). It is not debited from your bank account.

How do I receive stock dividends?

All dividends received on the underlying securities inside the mutual funds are reinvested by our fund managers, which is reflected in the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the funds. The funds pursue a strategy of capital appreciation, not income. However, as the product is liquid, you are welcome to redeem shares if needed.

Are my mutual funds liquid?

Yes, you can redeem mutual fund shares at any time inside your eBanking > Trading > Mutual Funds module. Further, as a licensed mutual fund company, all fund holdings are accounted for daily by a licensed third party administrator, as required by law.

Who manages the mutual funds?

Euro Pacific Advisors Ltd. manages all Mutual Funds through a sub-advisory management agreement with a 150-year-old, European financial services company that provides investment and advisory services to institutional and corporate clients internationally.

The company advising Euro Pacific Advisors directly manages ‎£2.5bn+ in client assets, led by three investment managers with over 60 years’ combined industry experience and specialisms in risk-management, technical analysis, and global funds.

Day-to-day investment decisions are delegated to Euro Pacific Advisors, thus relieving you of the burden of reacting to fast moving-markets, changing economic circumstances, and time-consuming administration. Simply track all of your holdings online and watch your portfolio grow in real-time.
